Our first workshop focuses on sourdough, from building and maintaining a healthy starter to shaping a beautiful loaf of gluten-free bread. You’ll learn the fundamentals of sourdough starter care, bake together as a group, and explore simple, flavorful toppings including a live Muhammara (a smoky, sweet and tangy Middle Eastern dish made from roasted red peppers, walnuts and gluten-free breadcrumbs) demonstration.
