Please Read: A note regarding the Covid-19 pandemic
During this extraordinary time, the commercial delivery industry is under a tremendous amount of strain to keep up with demand; which means it may take a little longer for your package to arrive. Our products can be packaged with insulation and ice to preserve your order for an extended duration on your request. Please place your order with these delays in mind as we do not offer refunds after your order has left our facility.

All of our breads (Daily, Teff & Chia, and Multi Grain) require refrigeration upon receipt, and can be frozen. The cookie doughs are frozen. We recommend consuming our products within 3-5 days.
Where We Ship:
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we can only ship to destinations within the continental United States. We regret we can't ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, and Armed Forces locations.
We ship by UPS within 3 business days of ordering between Tuesday to Saturday. We're closed on Sunday and Monday.
We'll attempt to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Please note that the transit timeframe you selected at the time of purchase begins on the the day your order was shipped out, not the day of the actual order.
Pick-up In-Store Policy:
You'll receive an email when your order is ready to pick up. Please present the order number and customer name when picking up your order. If you'd like curbside pick up, please call us at 415-893-7700 and we'll bring your order out to you. We're located at 850 Grant Avenue, Novato, CA 94945. Our pick up hours are 9 am-3 pm, Tuesday-Saturday.
If your order is not picked up by 4 pm on your pick-up date, it will be donated and no refunds will be given.
If you need to change your pick-up date and time, please email email@example.com within 24 hours of your order.
If you changed your mind and would like to cancel your order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of your order. Please reference your order number from your confirmation email.
After we received your email informing us you'd like to cancel your order, we will refund the order to your original payment method; please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect on your account.
ALL SALES FINAL after 24 hours of ordering. No returns accepted at any time.
