We’re excited to introduce the Flour Chylde Kitchen Series, a new hands-on class experience designed to bring you into the heart of what we do. Our first workshop focuses on sourdough, from building and maintaining a healthy starter to shaping a beautiful loaf of gluten-free bread. You’ll learn the fundamentals of sourdough starter care, bake together as a group, and explore simple, flavorful toppings including a live Muhammara (a smoky, sweet and tangy Middle Eastern dish made from roasted red peppers, walnuts and gluten-free breadcrumbs) demonstration. Each guest will leave with two recipe cards and their own dough to bake at home the next day. We’ll also gather around a family-style gluten-free grazing board to enjoy together.
