Join us for a new hands-on class in the Flour Chylde Kitchen Series focused on one of our favorite comfort foods: gluten-free sourdough pizza. In this interactive workshop, guests will learn how to make and work with gluten-free sourdough pizza dough from scratch, including techniques for mixing, fermenting, shaping and preparing dough at home.
During class, we’ll enjoy freshly baked sourdough pizzas together while walking through the process step-by-step. Each guest will prepare their own dough to take home, along with guidance for rolling, topping and baking their pizzas later that evening or the next day.
Whether you’re new to sourdough or looking to expand your gluten-free baking skills, this class is designed to be approachable, relaxed and delicious.
