Our GF Flour Blend is the only all-purpose flour you'll need for your quick breads, muffins, pies, cookies, and more. Use it in a 1:1 ratio as compared to traditional flour. Vegan. Not recommended for leavened/enriched breads. 

Ingredients: Brown rice flour, white rice flour, tapioca starch, arrowroot, xanthan gum.
